Take control of your subscription by learning how to manage your account status, cancel your services, or handle billing breaks.
Close Your Account
Thinking about leaving? Reach out to our customer support team for assistance or if you'd prefer, you can close your account yourself. If you choose to close your account, it will expire and you'll no longer have access to it.
To close your account:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Select My Account.
- Click the Close Account link under the "Change Plan" button.
- Click the Permanently close my account button.
Billing Breaks
If you were offered and selected a free break period instead of canceling, your account remains active. Charges resume automatically at the end of the billing break period. To stop being charged entirely, you must fully cancel your account by following the steps in the Close Your Account section.
Deactivate Your Account
Deactivating your account works the same as closing. It will expire at the end of your billing cycle but your data will stay safe. To reactivate, simply log in and upgrade to a paid plan. Everything will be right where you left off.
Can I freeze or pause my account?
While you can’t freeze or pause your account, you can cancel it for now and come back anytime whenever you’re ready.
Delete Your Account
Your account data won’t be deleted when you close your account. If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated information, please contact support with a deletion request. Keep in mind that account deletion is permanent and irreversible, so your data will be lost.
Billing and Cancellation Policy
Please check out our billing and cancellation policy. This article covers the billing process if you decide to close your account.
Remove Widgets After Deletion
When you delete your account, the widgets on your website won't be automatically removed. You'll need to remove them manually.
