vcita's Billing and Cancellation Policy

Cancel Trial Subscription

If you're currently on a trial, it will automatically expire at the end of the trial period. There’s nothing you need to do to cancel your trial. You won’t be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. If you decide not to upgrade, your trial will automatically end after 14 days.

Close or Deactivate Your Account

Close Your Account

You’re welcome to close your account whenever you’re ready. If you choose to close your account, it will expire and you'll no longer have access to it. Even if you stop using your account, your subscription will stay active for the remainder of the billing cycle, and no prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

To close your account:

  1. Open the platform and click Settings.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Click the Close Account link under the “Change Plan” button
  4. Click the Permanently close my account button.

Deactivate Your Account

Deactivating your account works the same as closing. It will expire at the end of your billing cycle but your data will stay safe. To reactivate, simply log in and upgrade to a paid plan or contact customer support. Everything will be right where you left off.

Dealing with Payment Interruptions

If you have a monthly or annual subscription and we’re unable to process your payment, your account will enter a reminder period. This means we’ll send a reminder to help you update your payment details. If the payment remains unpaid, your account status will change to “expired.”

Note: We are not responsible for any bank charges or fees related to billing for your subscription.
