Important: Admins cannot add a Zoom account for staff members, and each staff member needs their own Zoom account. You can upgrade to the Zoom Business Plan to enable a single sign-on for all staff members.
Getting Started with Zoom
If you are the account admin:
- Open the platform.
- Click App Market.
- Click Zoom Video Meetings.
- Click Install App.
- Click Next.
- Click Connect.
- Log in to your Zoom account.
- Allow our platform to access your Zoom account by granting authorization.
Once the sync is complete, you'll receive a confirmation that Zoom is connected to your account.
If you are an account user:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Connect to Zoom.
- Click Connect.
- Log in to your Zoom account.
- Grant the platform authorization.
Zoom for Online Appointments
To use Zoom for online appointments:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click an available time slot.
- Select Appointment.
- Select the relevant client.
- Enter the appointment details.
- Under "Online", select Zoom.
- Click Schedule Appointment.
A unique meeting URL for each appointment will be shared with clients via their confirmation messages and notifications.
The meeting URL is not public and will only be visible to each appointment, event invites, or registered client.
Zoom for Online Events
To use Zoom for online events:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click an available time slot.
- Select Group Event.
- When entering event details, under "Price & Location", select Zoom.
- Click Create Event.
The system will automatically generate a unique meeting URL for each event, which will be shared with clients via their confirmation messages and notifications.
The meeting URL is not public and will only be visible to each appointment, event invites, or registered client.
Important: When setting a service location online, all staff members that offer this service must be connected to Zoom. A meeting link will only be generated once you connect all Zoom accounts.
FAQ
How can I connect to a new Zoom account?
If you want to connect to a different Zoom account, disconnect from the existing one before connecting to the new one.
To disconnect Zoom as an admin:
- Open the platform.
- Click App Market.
- Click Zoom Video Meetings.
- Click Open App.
- Click Next.
- Click Disconnect.
To disconnect Zoom as a user:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Connect to Zoom.
- Click Disconnect.
Why I can’t see Zoom links for my future recurring meetings/events?
Zoom links are available up to 3 months in advance for recurring appointments and events.
Why do I get a message that I can’t authorize the Zoom connection?
Staff members may require pre-approval to connect their personal accounts to Zoom. Contact your account Admin to get Zoom integration. If you are the account Admin, contact support for assistance.
