Not getting push notifications? Take a moment to check that notifications are enabled in your mobile app settings.
To enable push notifications:
- Open the vcita app.
- Tap Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Select System.
- Under one of the system categories, tap Mobile Push.

Why am I still not receiving push notifications from the app?
