View Your vcita Billing Records

Follow the steps below to view and download your past subscription invoices.

To access your past subscription invoices:

1. Open the platform.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select My Account.
4. Click the Change Plan button.
5. Scroll down on the page.
6. Click All Invoices to view your past invoices.
7. Optional: Click the download icon    to save your invoice as a PDF.
