On the go? Download the vcita app for Android or iPhone to access helpful features from the mobile dashboard:

Client Card Features

Tap to Call

You’ll see a phone icon in the top bar of the client card. Tap it to open your device’s dialer with the contact’s number ready to go.

To access tap to call:

  1. Open the vcita app.
  2. Tap Clients.
  3. Select a client.
  4. Tap the phone icon.

More Options Menu

The Client card includes six options to help you manage your contacts:

  • Phone: Opens your dialer with the contact’s number.

  • Address: Opens your maps app with the contact’s location.

  • Remind Me In...: Set a reminder to come back to this conversation later.

  • Move Client Under...: Choose a different contact person to manage this client.

  • Delete Client: Permanently remove this client after confirming.

  • Mark as Spam: Flag this client as spam to keep your workspace clean

To access the more options menu:

  1. Open the vcita app.
  2. Tap Clients.
  3. Select a client.
  4. Tap the more options icon image.png.
Note: If a phone number isn’t available, the address icon will appear instead. Icons and menu options won’t show if contact details are missing.
