Logging Into the Mobile App
You can log into the Mobile App either by entering your email and password or by requesting a one-time login code.

Using the One-time Login Code
If you don't have a password, you can request that a login code be sent to you. The code is valid for 10 minutes after you receive it, and you can use it only once during this time period.
By default, the login code is sent via SMS to the mobile number that is displayed in the My Notifications settings of your account. If no number has been entered in these settings, the login code is sent to you by email instead. For the smoothest login experience, we recommend that you review your My Notifications settings and make sure they are complete and correct. For more information, refer to Setting Your Mobile Number for SMS Notifications.
To use the one-time login code:
- At the top of the Login screen of the Mobile App, open the Using a one-time code tab. Then, type your email address and tap Send Me A Code. A six-digit login code is sent to your mobile device.
- Type your code in the field and tap Login. Once you successfully log into the Mobile App, you will remain logged in (unless you actively log out).
- If you don't receive an SMS, tap the link provided to have the code sent to you by email.
When you receive the code by email, copy it to the Login screen of the Mobile App (see Step 2). An example of an email with a one-time login code is shown below.
Setting Your Mobile Number for SMS Notifications
The one-time code for Mobile App login is sent to the phone number listed in the settings for Mobile text notifications.
The following sections explain how to open these settings in your account. The method of accessing the My Notifications page varies slightly, according to your staff role.
If your role is Collaborator or User, open the Settings menu. Then, to view your Notifications settings, click My Notifications.
Non-primary Admin Roles
If you have a role of Manager, Marketing, or Admin, open the Settings menu and then, to access your personal settings, select the Staff option. (It will be labeled either Staff or My Staff.)
On the left side of the page that opens, click My Notifications.
If your role is Primary Admin, open the Settings menu, click Staff, and then select the relevant staff member from the list that is displayed.
To open the Staff Editing page for the selected staff member, click Advanced.
On the left side of the Staff Editing page, click My Notifications.
