How to Log Into the vcita Mobile App

Login with Password

To login with password:

1. Open the vcita app.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Log in.

Login with a Login Code

If you can't login with a password, you can request a one-time login code. It’s valid for 10 minutes and can only be used once.

To login with a login code:

1. Open the vcita app.
2. Tap the With Login Code tab.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Tap Get code.
5. Check your email inbox for a message from vcita.
6. Open the email and copy the 6-digit code.
7. Paste or type the code into the app.
8. Click Log in.
