Payments by Intandem Transactions
Accept payments with confidence and keep your accounting on track. Check the status of each transaction, review any fees, follow payment activity, and use filters to find what you need.
Filters
Use the options below to filter and find the transactions you’re looking for:
- Transaction Time: Select a time frame to find transactions from a specific period.
- Cardholder Name: Search for transactions by entering the cardholder’s name.
- Status: Filter transactions by status: Approved, Captured, Failed, or Settled.
After setting your filters, click the reload button to see your results.
Reset filters
To reset filters:
- Click the more options icon
.
- Click Reset Filters.
Transaction Statuses
Below is what each transaction status means so you can understand where your payment stands:
- Approved: The customer’s bank or card issuer has authorized the transaction.
- Captured: The approved funds have been successfully claimed from the customer’s account.
- Failed: The transaction was unsuccessful and didn’t go through.
- Settled: This transaction is settled and should appear in your next withdrawal within 24-48 business hours.
Payouts
See when payouts are sent, view their status, and keep up to date with the amounts and payment details.
Filters
You can filter your transactions by adjusting the following filters:
- Date created: Select a time frame to find transactions from a specific period
- Status: Filter by transaction status: Requested, Processing, Processed, Failed, or Denied.
- Account Number: Search by the account number of the recipient being paid.
After setting your filters, click the reload button to see your results.
Reset filters
To reset filters:
- Click the more options icon

- Click Reset Filters.
Payout Statuses
Below is what each payout status means so you can understand the progress of your payments:
- Requested: Payment request has been received.
- Processing: Your payment is being prepared for payout.
- Processed: The payment has been successfully sent to the bank account.
- Failed: The transaction was unsuccessful and didn’t go through.
- Denied: The payment request was declined.
- Returned: The payment has been sent back.
Download Transactions and Payouts
Download your transactions or payouts whenever you need to.
To download your transactions or payouts:
- Open the platform.
- Click Sales.
- Click Transactions & Payouts.
- Click the more options icon
.
- Click Download.
- Select Format.
- Choose a paper size.
- Optional: Check the boxes to Expand table to show all rows or Arrange dashboard titles in a single column.
- Click Download.
Customize Your Table
Use these options to adjust how your table looks.
Click the more options icon next to the header title to get started:
- Freeze: Keep one or more columns visible while scrolling sideways.
- Copy Values: Copy the content of selected cells to your clipboard.
- Autosize All Columns: Automatically adjust column widths to fit their content.
- Reset All Column Widths: Return all columns to their original default widths.
