Your Calendar: Appointment View, Event View & Promoting Bookings
Stop juggling deadlines and scrambling for dates, and turn your calendar into a tool for efficiency and profit.
Appointment & Event Lists
To access these views:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click Appointment List or Event List.
Appointment List View
View your scheduled appointments and manage bookings. You can also apply filters to focus on specific dates, appointment types, or attendees.
Appointment Management
Schedule a new appointment at the top of the screen by clicking New Appointment and following the prompts.
Next to any appointment, you can click the more options icon to cancel, reschedule, reassign, duplicate, etc.
Search bar
Search for appointments by client and service name, such as "Massage" to pull up massage services.
Sorting Appointments
To sort appointments by date:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click Appointment List.
- Under "All Filters" next to "Sort', click the caret icon

- Click (asc) or (desc).
Filtering Appointments
Upcoming appointments will be listed by default for the next 30 days. To view and manage appointment filters, on the left side click the filter icon .
You can filter your appointments by:
- Appointment Status
- Payment Status
- Date
- Staff
Clear your filters by clicking Clear Filters at the bottom of the screen.
Tip: Never miss a booking request! Filter appointments by status, then click Pending Business Approval to see your pending appointment requests.
The Action Menu
You can enable the "Action Menu" for individual appointments by checking the box next to each one. To apply the menu and make changes to all appointments at once, check the top box above your list.
Event List View
View your scheduled group events and manage bookings. You can also apply filters to focus on specific dates, event types, or attendees.
Scheduling a New Event
You can also schedule a new event at the top of the screen by clicking New Event and following the prompts.
Search Bar
Search for events by client and service name, such as "Yoga" to pull up all yoga-related events.
Sort Events
To sort events by date:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click Event List.
- Under "All Filters" next to "Sort', click the caret icon
.
- Click (asc) or (desc).
Filtering Events
To view and manage event filters, on the left side click the filters icon .
You can filter your events by:
- Event Status
- Staff
- Event Date
- Waitlist
Clear your filters by clicking Clear Filters at the bottom of the screen.
Promoting Bookings
You can encourage bookings by:
- Appointments and Events: Sending direct booking links to clients via email
- Events only: Sending announcements via email or SMS
Creating Direct Links
Use direct links to launch a new service, promote existing offerings, request payments, send documents, and more.
To send direct booking links:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- At the top of the screen, click More Actions.
- Click Invite to Schedule.
- Select the relevant client(s).
- Click Continue.
- Optional: The default action is "Invite Client to Schedule". To change, click Change Action and select from the list.
- Select the action and staff details from the dropdown menus.
- Click Continue.
- Review and click Send.
Tip: You can also send a direct link by clicking Quick Actions > More Actions > Invite to Schedule.
Promoting Group Events
To promote your event via email or SMS:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click the relevant event.
- On the left panel, click Promote This Event.
- Select the action and staff details from the dropdown menus.
- Click Create.
- Customize your event announcement template. (Edit the text, add an image, change the text color, etc...)
- Optional: You can also send a test Email/SMS, discard your announcement, view it online or add a coupon.
- Click Save.
- Click Send.
- Click Email or SMS.
- Select the relevant client(s).
- Click Continue.
- Select Send Now or Schedule for Later. If "Schedule for Later" selected, enter the time to send.
- Click Send Now or Schedule Now.
- Click Done.
Your announcement will be saved in Marketing > Announcements.
