Understanding Statuses

Each status shows where a recommendation is in the process. Knowing these helps you stay organized and keep your schedule on track.

• Recommended: New recommendations that are waiting for your approval.
• Pending Delivery: Approved recommendations (either manually or automatically) that are set to be delivered at the scheduled time.
• Sent: Recommendations where the message delivery time has passed and the message was successfully sent to the client.
• Booked: An appointment was scheduled after the recommendation. This status is applied if an appointment is made within 48 hours of the message being sent or the recommendation being viewed.
• Archived: Recommendations that were manually rejected.
• Expired: Recommendations no longer relevant because the client booked before the delivery time or the gap was filled by another booking.
