- User Action: You’re always in control. Once SmartSlots provides a recommendation, you can review and approve the suggested client. Afterward, the system sends a reminder at the perfect time, boosting the chances of a successful booking.
Understanding Statuses
Each status shows where a recommendation is in the process. Knowing these helps you stay organized and keep your schedule on track.
- Recommended: New recommendations that are waiting for your approval.
- Pending Delivery: Approved recommendations (either manually or automatically) that are set to be delivered at the scheduled time.
- Sent: Recommendations where the message delivery time has passed and the message was successfully sent to the client.
- Booked: An appointment was scheduled after the recommendation. This status is applied if an appointment is made within 48 hours of the message being sent or the recommendation being viewed.
- Archived: Recommendations that were manually rejected.
- Expired: Recommendations no longer relevant because the client booked before the delivery time or the gap was filled by another booking.
How to Turn On Automatic Message Sending
You can turn on automatic message sending for each feature so recommendations are sent automatically at the scheduled time without needing manual approval.
To turn on automatic message sending:
- On the left panel under Calendar, click SmartSlots.
- At the top right of the page, click Settings.
- Select either "Last Minute Cancellation Gaps" or "Next Day Gaps."
- Check the box labeled Send invitations automatically.
