The Calls & Texting App provides a comprehensive solution for businesses to receive calls on a dedicated toll-free number, capture leads, and document conversations efficiently. Call Management Capabilities
- Receiving Calls: Ensure you can receive calls on your business's toll-free number, forwarded to a number of your choice.
- Lead Capturing: Set up the system to recognize callers by phone number and create new leads as necessary.
- Call Status: Activate indications for missed or answered calls.
- Call Recording: Enable recording to document calls on the conversation page automatically.
- Call Forwarding: Configure call forwarding to direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Working Hours: Define your business hours to prevent calls during off-hours.
- Auto-Voice Message: Set up a message for missed calls or calls received off-hours.
Getting started with Calls & Texting
- Log into the platform.
- On the left menu, click App Market
- Click the Calls & Texting App.
- Install the app by following the on-screen instructions.
- Under Call Forwarding, select the Staff you want to receive incoming calls,.
- Add their phone number for forwarding.
- Under “Availability”, select hours for call forwarding.
- Under “Greeting message,” select and customize an English greeting, if desired.
- Under “Call recording,” check the box to record calls. Choose which message customers hear upon calling.
- Under “Missed calls,” choose the length of time for a call to ring before it is considered missed. Select a message and customize as desired.
To activate 2-way Texting
- Toggle texting on.
- Enter all required information. Please ensure this information is accurate or it may lead to delays in verifying your number.
- Click Save and continue.
- Wait for an email notification that the number has been verified for two-way texting. This process may take up to 5 weeks for the carrier to approve.
