Change your Subscription

As your business evolves, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to make sure it always fits your needs.

Note: Only the Primary Admin can manage plans, billing, and plan details.

To change your subscription:

  1. Open the platform and click Settings.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Click the Change Plan button.
  4. Choose the plan you want to change.
Note: All changes made to your account will take effect immediately.

Upgrade Your Plan

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, we’ll apply a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your current subscription. In other words, you’ll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one.

Kickstart, Business, and Platinum

The Kickstart, Business, and Platinum plans are designed for businesses of all sizes, from small to large. You can start with the Kickstart plan, which has some limitations or upgrade to a paid plan for more features. To see all the plan options in detail, take a look at our pricing page.

Downgrade Your Plan

To make sure you have the best experience, we suggest reaching out to our support team before downgrading your account.

What does this change impact?

Downgrading your subscription could result in losing some features which might affect your business operations. Here are a few features that could be impacted:

  • Campaigns
  • Roles and Permissions
  • Custom Email Notifications for each service
  • Custom Business/Staff Emails
  • Subscription Limits, such as:
    • SMS allotments
    • Payment limits
    • Document storage
    • Announcement recipients 

When you switch to a lower-tier plan, you'll receive a credit for the unused portion of your current plan. For example, if you paid $29/month, used 2 months, and downgrade to a $120/year plan, you'll get a $58 credit, which covers 2 months of your new plan. Just remember to review your account settings as features differ between plans.
