Staff Reports

Staff reports provide a clear view of how each team member is performing. You’ll be able to see which staff members are delivering the most services and engaging with the most clients.

Important: This feature is available exclusively for our Platinum Accounts.

Filter Report

To filter your report:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Select the Staff tab.
  4. Click Staff performance.
  5. Click the Filters icon .
  6. Click the More button to filter by Staff, Service, or Currency.

Column Options

Click the column options icon next to each heading to explore more options, such as:

  • Freeze: Locks columns in place so they stay visible as you scroll through the report.
  • Copy Values: Quickly copies column data to paste elsewhere.
  • Autosize All Columns: Adjusts column widths to fit content perfectly.
  • Reset All Column Widths: Restores columns to their original default widths.

Sort Columns

To sort in ascending or descending order, click the sort icon next to each header, then click the chevron icons to adjust the order.

Terms

StaffThe name of the staff member
Appointments - hoursThe total hours of all appointments the staff member has held
Appointments - total clientsThe total number of clients the staff member has had appointments with
Appointments - unique clientsThe number of unique clients the staff member has had appointments with
Events - hoursThe total hours of all events the staff member has hosted
Events - total clientsTotal number of clients who attended the staff member's events
Events - unique clientsThe number of unique clients who attended the staff member's events
Overall clientsThe total number of unique clients the staff member has interacted with across both appointments and events
