Can I add multiple clients with the same email?
Different clients can share email addresses with each other if one client is used as the Primary Contact. You can have multiple unique client cards listed and managed under a primary contact.
Adding a New Client Under an Existing Contact
From your Clients list, you can select the "New Client" button to begin. Once the pop-up has appeared you can begin entering the email address for the client/contact. If you begin entering an already existing email into the Email Address field then the system will offer a list of matching addresses. Select an existing contact, then you can choose to create a new client under this contact.
vcita will automatically populate the Primary Contact information for you from here so all you will need to do is add new client details.
To view different client cards under the same contact you can simply select the desired client on the right-hand side underneath the Contact Information section.
