Why Can't I Connect My Zoom Account?
If you are not the Owner or an Admin on your Zoom account (common if you are on a company account) then vcita may require pre-approval before the integration setup can be completed.
Pre-approval can be found within your Zoom account's advanced settings. You will need to find vcita from within the Zoom App Marketplace and install/pre-approve the integration from there. If you don't have the proper permissions then you can Request Pre-Approval which will push a request email to your account admin.
