Good things come to those who wait
It’s finally happening! Your CRM is getting its brand new look, and we couldn’t be more excited. The new Client Card layout will be applied to all vcita accounts over the coming days. Wondering what you need to do? Absolutely nothing. It’s all been taken care of.
All of your client records will remain available and no data will be lost. In fact, we’ve made it easier for you to locate and update client information, so you can continue delivering excellent service and never miss a beat.

Easily track, manage, and edit your appointments from your brand new Appointment List!
This brand new feature will present the full list of scheduled, completed, pending, and canceled appointments and events. You can use this new view to easily filter your bookings by status, type, staff, date, and payment status. All records can be easily exported, allowing you to create and save custom reports that’ll help you keep track of your business's progress.
This is a great place to start your day. While drinking your morning coffee, scan your day's agenda and take note of any pending requests. You can even print out your team’s schedule and hang it up for everyone to see.
This feature will become available during the second week of November.
It’s (almost) holiday season!
Use the new cross-company calendar block option to update your team’s calendars before the holiday season. This new capability will help you ensure that clients won’t book services on days the business is closed, saving you the hassle of rescheduling.
Maintaining a flexible event schedule is easier than ever!
Following your feedback, we’ve added the option to reassign group events from one team member to another. This enhancement will help you maintain flexibility and easily update your calendar in case your staff’s availability changes due to COVID-19 or the Holiday season.
Manage your products from vcita’s brand new product management center!
Last but not least: Check out the major enhancements made to vcita’s product management screens.
While products may be unavailable for purchasing only, they can be easily added to estimates and invoices. Use the new product management center to build and update your very own product catalog. At this stage, the catalog will be available for internal use only. But wait, there’s more: we are committed to continuing the improvement of this area, and we’ll be sharing some exciting news soon.
