Online Links

Online links are versatile - you can use our direct links for everything from creating a scheduling button on your website to a contact link for your email signature. 

Step 1: Navigate to Online Presence.

Step 2: Click on the Create Direct Links button. In the popup, select the action you would like to create a link for. You have full freedom to customize the action you pick, such as scheduling for a specific service or paying a specific amount.

Step 3: Click Get Link to proceed to generate and copy the link.

Web Widgets

vcita offers a number of easy-to-implement widgets, including scheduling calendars and contact forms. You can add any of them to your website by simply deploying the platform-independent HTML code to your website. Plug and play: after implementation, you can continue to manage your widgets from within your account without having to make any coding adjustments. Leads, appointments, payments, etc, generated from the widgets are injected directly into your CRM and Calendar.

Popup Widget

The Popup widget is an active tab that will pop at the bottom of your website as your clients are scrolling. From the popup, clients can take action such as scheduling a meeting. Secondary actions are listed below the main call to action. A returning client can even use the popup to log into their personal client portal and view their activity. 

Scheduling Calendar Widget

The Scheduling Calendar widget is a scheduling widget that can be embedded into your website. Using the scheduling calendar, a client can go through the whole booking process without navigating away from your website! 

Contact Form Widget

The Contact Form Widget can be embedded on your website and used to capture leads. Form submissions appear in your Inbox and a Lead is created in your client list. The lead's client card will be pre-populated with the data from the form.

Sidebar Widget

The Sidebar widget is a compact combination of the scheduling calendar and contact form widgets.  You have the option of enabling both scheduling and messaging functions on the Sidebar widget.  

Customizing and Implementing Widgets

Widgets are customizable - you can edit the text and colors on widgets to match your website, as well as the actions offered by the widgets depending on your business goals. Once you have customized the widget, you can add it to your website. Any future customizations you make will automatically be updated on your website - no additional work required. 

Step 1: You will find all of your widgets under Online Presence > Website Widgets. 

Step 2: Click the Edit/View button under any widget to customize the widget.

Step 3: After saving your changes, return to the Website Widgets page. Click on the Add to Website button. You will find your HTML code under the tab. Copy and paste the code into the code editor of your website in the desired location.
