My Staff Member did not get Their Account Activation Email
If you added a staff member to your account and they did not get their activation email, you are able to resend the staff activations.
First, check the spam folder in their inbox and make sure it did not get routed to spam.
There are a number of reasons why an email may not be received or go to spam. Review this article for troubleshooting tips.
When you have verified that your staff member's email address is able to receive mail from vcita, you can resend the activation email.
To resend the activation email:
- In your vcita account go to Settings > Staff.
- Hover over the staff member and click the ⋮ icon.
- Click Resend Activation Email from the dropdown.
