Attach a Document to an Auto-Reply, Booking Confirmation Email or Reminder
Get Your Document Link
Auto replies can be configured with links that you can take advantage of to provide document download links in your auto email replies. If you use a document storage platform like Google Drive to host your documents, you can grab a sharing link directly from that platform. Otherwise, you can even upload the document to your My Documents library in vcita and use the vcita-provided link.
Edit Your Auto-Reply
Default Auto Reply
- Navigate to Settings > Auto Client messages.
- Click the link icon in any auto-reply text editor and enter your document link using the link icon.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Service-Specific Auto Reply
- Navigate to Settings > My Services and click on the service you want to customize the auto-replies for.
- Scroll to the Client Notifications section and click the Customize radio button to customize the auto-reply for this specific service.
- Click the link icon in any auto-reply text editor and enter your document link using the link icon.
