How can my client use their package to book with me?
Make sure your client has already purchased a package (or you have added the package manually to their client account). To avail and use their prepaid package bookings, your client must be logged into the client portal using the same email address that you have on file associated with their client card in vcita. It should be the same client card with the package attached.
Your client can then proceed to book their appointment as usual. After booking a valid service associated with the package and choosing a time and date, they will be prompted to use their package to book. If they select Apply Package, the payment step will be skipped and a package credit will be used up.
Manually apply a package
If you are manually scheduling your clients, you have the opportunity to use a package to book as well. After selecting a valid service associated with the package and choosing a time and date, you can select the checkbox to use their package to book.
The package credit will only be used up after the appointment has taken place. This is especially important for recurring appointments as package credits will be used up as the sessions are completed, instead of all at once.
