Customize Your Business Page and Client Portal URL
vcita automatically gives you a business page and a secure client portal where your clients can login and interact with your business, as well as view their past interactions with your business. The Business Page comes with a dedicated link generated by vcita. You can customize the provided link to make it more personalized to your business!
Before proceeding, please note: If you change your client portal URL, the old URL - and all direct links you previously made - may no longer work. Please replace links on your website with new links and resend the link to clients.
- Log into your vcita account and navigate to Online Presence > Business Page.
- You will find your current business page link:
- Click Customize to customize it.
- Click the pencil icon in the popup to edit the URL. You will be able to change the string of characters after the /site/ portion of the link.
- Click Done to save your changes.
'This URL has been taken' - the URL you entered is in use with a different vcita account! If you believe this to be in error, it could possibly be associated with an old account. Contact support.
