The Booking Auto Reply
You can set up a personalized booking response that is automatically sent to the client after they book with your business.
- Start in your vcita account and navigate to Settings > Auto Client Messages.
- Edit the Booking Request Auto Reply. Your customized reply will appear on the confirmation screen at the end of the booking process.
Tip: Use the link icon
in the text editor toolbar to add a hyperlink to your website, or more resources for example.
