Can my clients reschedule and cancel appointments?
Your clients will be able to reschedule and cancel appointments based on your online booking settings.
Booking Confirmations and Reminders
- A 'make changes' is included in all booking confirmation and reminder emails.
- Clients have the option to Cancel or click the ⋮ icon to reschedule.
If the client has a booking with you, they can also log into the client portal to make changes to their appointments.
- Select My account in the client portal to log in using the email which was used to set the appointment.
- Click Bookings to view all upcoming appointments.
