Your clients will be able to reschedule and cancel appointments based on your online booking settings. 

Booking Confirmations and Reminders

1. A 'make changes' is included in all booking confirmation and reminder emails. 

2. Clients have the option to Cancel or click the ⋮ icon to reschedule.

Client Portal

If the client has a booking with you, they can also log into the client portal to make changes to their appointments.

1. Select My account in the client portal to log in using the email which was used to set the appointment.
2. Click Bookings to view all upcoming appointments. 

Proceed as discussed above.
