Every time an appointment is booked in vcita, vcita will send you an appointment invite to add to your personal calendar. 

Depending on your mail and calendar app, it may be possible to automatically add these appointment invitations to your personal calendar, without having to manually accept them. You will want to make sure:

• You are getting your booking confirmations and calendar invites to the primary email address associated with this calendar.
• The confirmation emails go to your Primary inbox and are not routed to Promotions or Spam, for example.
• Check your calendar settings and switch on any settings which automatically adds email calendar invites to your calendar.
