How to View Responses on Your Open and Past Support Tickets
You should receive an email response to every ticket you submit to vcita support - if you do not see that email, be sure to check your spam folder. You may also view your entire ticket history with vcita support, responses and status of your requests on vcita's Help Center.
- Go to the Help Center.
- Click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner and use your vcita credentials to log in.
- Once signed in, click on your account name in the top right and select My activities.
- You will be redirected to your support activity page where you can see all your past tickets, responses and the status of each ticket.
Don't see your ticket? It may have been submitted under a different email address, for example, by a different staff member on your account. Be sure to log in with the relevant credentials.
