How to View Responses on Your Open and Past Support Tickets
You’ll receive an email response for every ticket submitted to support. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder. You can also view your ticket history, responses, and request status in the Help Center.
Here’s how:
- Log in to the platform.
- Go to the Help Center page.
- Click your account name at the top of the page and select My activities from the drop-down menu.
- You’ll be taken to your support activity page, where you can view all past tickets, responses, and their status.
Can’t find your ticket?
If you can’t find your ticket, there are two possible reasons:
- It might have been submitted under a different email address, perhaps by another team member. Make sure you’re logged in with the correct credentials.
- If you've submitted multiple tickets for the same issue, they may have been merged into one ticket ID. To help us assist you more efficiently, please submit just one ticket per issue.
