POWr Form Builder

Easily create forms and surveys for your website with POWR Form Builder. Collect the client information you need to grow your business by choosing from pre-made templates or designing your own to suit your needs.

What makes POWR forms unique?

POWR lets you personalize forms and automatically generates client cards for new leads. You can also use it to create custom surveys.

Connect POWR

To connect to POWR:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Integrations.
  4. Under "POWR Form Builder", click Connect.
  5. Click Sign Up and follow the steps to create a POWR account.
  6. Click Allow to link POWR to your account.
  7. Click Allow Access and confirm the connection.

Important: Allow POWR to access your account to use the integration.

How to Use POWR

To use POWR:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Client & Contact Info.
  4. Click Intake Forms.
  5. Under "Add and edit additional forms using POWR," click +Add New.
  6. Enter a form name.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click the form you created to open the POWR website.
  9. Choose a template and customize it using the POWR editor.

Link POWR to the Platform

To use this feature, you'll need a paid Pro plan with POWR.

To link POWR:

  1. In the POWR Editor, go to the Settings tab.
  2. Go to the Integrations section.
  3. Select Client Management.
  4. Sign in to your account to authenticate.
  5. Click Allow access to complete the connection.

Tip: Hover over the right side of the form and click the more options icon to Delete, Grab, or Embed as Widget.
