Disable Time Zone Adjustment in vcita and Use Your Local Time Zone
vcita can account for bookings made in different time zones and connect businesses with their customers all over the world. But what if your business is local and you don't work with any clients who are in different time zones? You can toggle off time zone adjustments in vcita to make sure all communication from your business reflects your business time zone. This can be especially helpful if your business has mostly in-person appointments such as a hair salon.
To disable time zone adjustments:
- Start in your vcita dashboard and navigate to Settings > Availability and Calendar.
- Check the Local time checkbox and click Save Changes at the bottom to update your account. Time zone information will no longer appear on client cards, bookings and notifications.
