Where did this payment come from?
The platform keeps track of the source of each payment you receive. To view all your received payments, navigate to Payments > Payments Received.
Click on any payment to view the details of that payment. You will find the Payment via in the Details section. You will also find details on which staff member issued the payment request, when the payment was made and the transaction ID if the payment was received online.
|Booking||The payment was made for an appointment payment request, either at booking or via the client portal.|
|Invoice||The payment was made on an invoice issued by the business.|
|Payment form||The payment was submitted via a generic payment link or button present on your website, client portal, or anywhere else you may be using a direct link.|
|Recorded payment||The payment was recorded manually in the platform by a staff member. No actual online transaction was accepted.|
