How do clients make online payments?
Make sure you have online payments set up and enabled on your account and customize your payment intake form before you start accepting client payments.
When you issue an invoice, your client will receive an email (and SMS, depending on your settings), notifying them of the new invoice. They have the option to pay the invoice right from the notification.
View and Pay all Pending Payment Requests
Lose track of an email? No problem. vcita keeps a record of all outstanding invoices and payment request on the client's very own client portal. Clients can view them and make payments by logging into their client portal.
- Once logged in, click on Payments to view outstanding payment requests.
- Click the Pay Now button to pay any outstanding requests OR start a new payment by clicking the + button in the lower right-hand corner. This will bring up the payment form.
