Connect Your PayPal Account to the Platform
Integrating your account with PayPal opens up a world of convenient payment options for clients.

- Invoice Payments: Invoices will include PayPal as a payment option, offering convenience and seamless integration

Connecting to PayPal
To connect to PayPal/Venmo:
Important: You'll need a PayPal Business account to connect your account. If needed, you can convert your personal PayPal account to a business account or create a new one.
- Open the platform.
- Click App Market.
- Click PayPal E-Wallet.
- Click Install.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Authorize/Connect.
Once you authorize the connection, you'll receive confirmation that your account is now connected to PayPal.
PayPal Refunds
If you refund through your business platform, it will only be recorded as refunded. To complete the refund, you must return the funds via your PayPal account. Otherwise, no currency will be exchanged.
Disconnecting from PayPal
To disconnect from PayPal/Venmo:
- Open the platform.
- Click App Market.
- Click PayPal E-Wallet.
- Click Uninstall.
You'll receive a confirmation message that PayPal integration has been disconnected.
