I Was Double-Booked in vcita
If you notice you have been double-booked in vcita, it is usually because one or both of the appointments were set manually on the calendar by a staff member.
To check the source of the booking:
- Start in your vcita Calendar and click on the double-booked appointment.
- Click the View Conversation button near the top of the page.
- In the upper-right hand corner of the conversation, you will see the source of the conversation. The initiated by staff source indicates that the appointment was booked by you or a staff member.
While the vcita scheduler will block clients from double-booking online with a single staff member, you are permitted to manually double-book yourself. Please take care while manually scheduling appointments on your calendar to ensure there are no conflicts.
