Click on any appointment in your calendar to view its status, or export your appointments with the status column to get a quick snapshot of which bookings require followup action.
You will find the appointment status under the title and time of the booking.
|Scheduled||Confirmed||The booking is confirmed.|
|Canceled||Canceled||The booking was canceled.|
|Completed||Confirmed||The appointment time has passed and is now considered complete.|
|No Show||Confirmed||The appointment time has passed and the client did not attend. Appointments must be manually marked as no show.|
|Pending Approval||Tentative||The booking request has not been confirmed. Accept or decline the request to schedule the appointment.|
|Declined||Canceled||The booking request was declined.|
|Request Expired||Canceled||The booking request was not responded to, so it expired. Booking requests expire at the start time of the proposed appointment.|
|New Time Proposed||Tentative||A new time was proposed for the appointment. It has not been accepted yet.|
|Pending Reschedule||Tentative||You requested the client to propose a new time for the appointment. The client has not responded yet.|
Tentative bookings are not considered confirmed. They will not generate automated reminders or followups. Tentative appointments appear with a dotted outline on your calendar.
