Appointment Statuses
Click on any appointment in your calendar to view its status, or export your appointments with the status column to get a quick snapshot of which bookings require followup action.
You will find the appointment status under the title and time of the booking.
Appointment Status |
Status Type |
Description |
Scheduled | Confirmed | The booking is confirmed. |
Canceled | Canceled | The booking was canceled. |
Completed | Confirmed | The appointment time has passed and is now considered complete. |
No Show | Confirmed | The appointment time has passed and the client did not attend. Appointments must be manually marked as no show. |
Pending Approval | Tentative | The booking request has not been confirmed. Accept or decline the request to schedule the appointment. |
Declined | Canceled | The booking request was declined. |
Request Expired | Canceled | The booking request was not responded to, so it expired. Booking requests expire at the start time of the proposed appointment. |
New Time Proposed | Tentative | A new time was proposed for the appointment. It has not been accepted yet. |
Pending Reschedule | Tentative | You requested the client to propose a new time for the appointment. The client has not responded yet. |
Canceled bookings will be removed from your calendar. You may view them in the client's booking tab, or in your Inbox.
Tentative bookings are not considered confirmed. They will not generate automated reminders or followups. Tentative appointments appear with a dotted outline on your calendar.
