Click on any appointment in your calendar to view its status, or export your appointments with the status column to get a quick snapshot of which bookings require followup action.
You will find the appointment status under the title and time of the booking.
|The booking is confirmed.
|The booking was canceled.
|The appointment time has passed and is now considered complete.
|The appointment time has passed and the client did not attend. Appointments must be manually marked as no show.
|The booking request has not been confirmed. Accept or decline the request to schedule the appointment.
|The booking request was declined.
|The booking request was not responded to, so it expired. Booking requests expire at the start time of the proposed appointment.
|New Time Proposed
|A new time was proposed for the appointment. It has not been accepted yet.
|You requested the client to propose a new time for the appointment. The client has not responded yet.
Tentative bookings are not considered confirmed. They will not generate automated reminders or followups. Tentative appointments appear with a dotted outline on your calendar.
