Can I accept Payments in Installments?

Note: You can only accept partial payments if you have a credit card processor connected: either Stripe or Square.

You may allow your clients to make partial payments on invoices and even set a minimum amount.

To enable partial payments:

Start in your dashboard and navigate to Settings > Payments.
Switch to the Invoices and Estimates tab and scroll down to the Partial Payments section.
Select the Enable partial payments checkbox.
If you want to specify a minimum partial payment, select the checkbox and specify the minimum percentage. The minimum payment is calculated as a percentage of the invoice total.

Partial payments can only be paid on invoices. Appointments that are paid upfront at booking, for example, must be paid in full.

At checkout, your client will be able to select whether to pay in full or pay a partial amount.
