Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a permanent, irreversible decision and cannot be undone. This will result in the loss of all your data and you’ll no longer be able to access your account. Any widgets you’ve created will also be removed.

If you’d like to proceed with deleting your account, please contact support with your request and we'll take care of the rest.

Cancel Your Account

If you’d prefer to cancel your account, your subscription will expire but your data will remain in your account. This means you can repurchase a plan later and pick up right where you left off.

Trial Users

If you're currently on a trial, it will automatically expire at the end of the trial period. You won’t be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. There’s nothing you need to do to cancel your trial. If you decide not to upgrade, your trial will automatically end after 14 days.
