Affectionately known as balloons or bubbles, the floating action buttons for the pop-up widget can easily be added, removed, and even moved to fit your needs.

To make changes to the floating action buttons, you will first need to access your Client Portal Widget Editor by doing the following:

Enable Floating Action Buttons

To add all of the balloons to the pop-up widget:

1. Under Portal Actions > Display Mode, select Floating Actions.
2. Click on Done to save your settings.

Add a new Floating Action Button

To add a new balloon to the pop-up widget:

1. The action button available on your widget are the same actions enabled on your Client Portal. Add the new, desired action to your client portal.
2. When you are finished adding the new action, return to the Client Portal Widget Editor.
3. Expand the Portal Actions section. Under Choose Actions scroll down to the newly created action and select the checkbox next to it.
4. Click on Done to save your settings.

Disable Floating Action Buttons

To remove all of the balloons from the pop-up widget, please do the following:

1. Under Portal Actions > Display Mode, select Inline Actions.
2. Click on Done to save your settings.

Remove a Floating Action Button

To remove one or more of the balloons from the pop-up widget:

1. Under Portal Actions, scroll down to the balloon to be removed and unselect the checkbox next to the button
2. Click on Done to save your settings

Remove the My Account Button

To remove the My Account button:

1. Under Portal Actions, scroll down and uncheck the box next to Show "My Account" option and welcome returning clients.
2. Click on Done to save your settings.

Move the Balloons

To move the buttons or balloons in the pop-up widget:

1. Under Portal Actions, hold down the left-click button on the button to be moved.
2. Drag the button to the desired location.
3. Click on Done to save your settings.
