I Cannot Login to my vcita Account
If you're having trouble logging into your account, here are a few options you can try to resolve the issue:
Log in to Your Account
First, make sure the email address you're using to log in is the one linked to your account. Then, try logging in using this link: https://www.vcita.com/login.
Clear Your Cache
To clear your cache:
- Follow the steps in How do I clear my cache? to clear your cache and cookies for All Time.
- Restart your computer to remove any temporary internet files stored on your device.
- Once restarted, open your browser and try logging into your account here: https://www.vcita.com/login.
- If you're still having trouble, try opening an Incognito window in your browser and follow the steps again.
- If the issue persists, switch to a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.
Retype Your Password
To avoid mistakes like missing letters or caps lock, we’ve added an option to show/hide your password on the login screen, so you can check that you're entering it correctly. If your password is still incorrect, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email.
Check for Your Activation Email
To access your account and update your password, you can use your activation email. Depending on when you created your account, you might still have it in your inbox or saved in a folder. If you do, simply click "Yes, it’s Me!" to open your account and make any changes.
Once you're in your account, go to your settings to change your password.
To change your password:
- Open the platform and click Settings.
- Click on Staff and select the appropriate team member.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Under the "My Profile" tab, update your password.

Mistakes can happen, especially if multiple people are working on accounts and one accidentally updates the wrong profile. If this happens, we’ve added two email notifications to let you know if your password or email was changed. These emails will be sent to your account’s registered email, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see them.
Use Login with Code
If all else fails, you can reset your password with a code. A code will be sent to your email if it’s registered with your account.
When logging in, click on the "Login with Code" tab and enter your registered email address. You will then receive a code in your email, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder, if needed, to use for logging into your account.
