I Cannot Login to my vcita Account
Try the following steps to regain access to your vcita account:
- Reset your password: Use the reset password form to reset your password. Remember to use the email address associated with your vcita account. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or try another email address. You will not get an email if the email address you submitted is not associated with a vcita account. In addition, your email server may be blocking emails from our senders.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Make sure your browser and device are both updated to the latest version.
