If you are a Platinum subscriber and you have connected a custom domain to your client portal, your client portal URL will display as http or 'not secure'.

The client portal is always secure and encrypted. You may inspect the page to verify that the client portal iframe is secure:

However, the SSL is associated with the vcita domain, which will cause the new mapped domain to appear as "not secure". We do not currently issue SSLs for custom domains. If you would like, you may revert back to the vcita domain which will display as secure HTTPS.
