Why does my notification email show a different appointment time?
If you notice a difference in the appointment time shown on your confirmation email and the one which was sent to your client, this is likely due to a time zone difference. Check the client's client card to find out what time zone is set.

If there is no difference in time zone or your account is configured to use local time only, check the time zone settings in your email and calendar service - calendars will auto-adjust the appointment time based on its own time zone setting.
