Some of my clients were not imported
Some of your clients may not be imported from a spreadsheet for the following reasons:
- Client overwrite was not enabled so any duplicate clients found were not overwritten during the import.
- The First Name field was missing.
- The client record in the spreadsheet contained special characters which the vcita system could not read (certain characters in other languages are a good example of this).
- The unique id associated with the new client is already associated with an existing client in your list.
