Locked out of my vcita Account
After too many failed login attempts due to an incorrect username or password, your vcita account will be temporarily locked. You will notice the following error message:
Your account is locked. Please try again in 30 min.
This is an internal security mechanism put in place to protect your data.
vcita staff are unable to override this security measure. You will need to wait around 30 minutes before making another login attempt or resetting your password. If you do need to reset your password, click here when your account is no longer locked.
