What file extension types can I upload to My Documents?

vcita supports a wide range of document file extension types which can be uploaded to your vcita account.

Please note that the document upload limit is 20MB. Please also note we do not support Zip File uploads.

Examples:

.pdf	.txt	.png	.tiff	.jpeg	.gif
.docx	.bmp	.doc

For security reasons, audio and video files are blocked by default.

You may request an exemption to this rule for your vcita account. Please contact us with your request.
