What file extension types can I upload to My Documents?
vcita supports a wide range of document file extension types that can be uploaded to your vcita account.
Please note that the document upload limit is 20MB per upload. This can be for a single file or a combination of files being uploaded.
Please also note we do not support Zip File uploads.
Examples of supported file types:

For security reasons, audio and video files are blocked by default. Please note that we do support XLSX and all of Microsoft's new file formats. However, we do not support DOC, XLS, and PPT files due to security concerns.
