My client can't log into the client portal
If your client is having trouble accessing their client portal, the following steps may log into their account:
1. Make sure to access the right link. You can find your client portal link in the Online Presence section of your account.
2. The client must be entered as a client in your Clients list before they can log into their client portal. If the client doesn't yet exist, you can add a client.
3. Use the same email address to log in as the email address associated with the client in your vcita account.
4. The login code may have been routed to the spam folder. Refer to this article for tips on preventing vcita emails from going to spam.
