Your campaign recipient limit is the maximum number of clients that you can send promotional email or SMS messages to per month. This limit is determined by your plan. For example, if your plan includes 10,000 campaign recipients per month, you can either send one campaign to 10,000 recipients or 10 campaigns to 1,000 recipients each.

If you exceed this limit, you will not be able to send more messages until your limit resets at the beginning of the next month. Until then, you will notice this warning banner in the Marketing section:
