The client portal provides everything your clients need, from scheduling appointments to accessing documents like invoices and payment history.
View Your Client Portal as a Client
As an administrator, you can also view the portal as a client to better understand your client’s experience.
To view your client portal as a client:
- Open the platform.
- Go to Client Portal.
- Click View as Demo Client.
Access Your Client Portal URL
To add or edit your URL:
- Open the platform.
- Go to Client Portal.
- Click the edit icon under “Client Portal URL.”
- Enter your desired URL.
- Click the edit icon
to make changes if needed.
- Click Done to save your changes.
To copy your URL:
- Open the platform.
- Go to Client Portal.
- Under the “Client Portal URL”, click the Copy button.
