Analyzing Marketing Results

Navigating the performance of your marketing campaigns can be complex. This article introduces two key tools designed to help you gain insights and optimize your efforts: Delivery History and Delivery Statistics.

  • Delivery History: A high-level overview of all your automated campaigns and announcements
  • Delivery Statistics: Detailed information like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and more

Tracking Delivery History

To view delivery history:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Delivery History.

You’ll see all campaigns and announcements that have been sent, with the most recent at the top. 

You can also filter by:

  • Automated Campaign
  • Announcement
  • Delivery Method (Email or SMS)
  • Send Date

When viewing delivery history, you can see:

  • Name of the Campaign/Announcement
  • Type
  • Number of Clients Sent
  • Status and Date sent

Tracking Delivery Statistics

The stats page offers detailed metrics like open rates and click-through rates, allowing you to assess the overall success of your automated campaigns and announcements

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Delivery Statistics.
  4. Next to the relevant campaign/announcement, click the more options icon Icon_EditDeleteItem.png.
  5. Select View Stats.

Menu Options

  • Select: Select or clear the checkboxes of all recipients. When at least one checkbox is selected, "Add tags" will appear next to "Select", so you can create tags for selected clients.
  • Export: Enables you to save the stats as a .csv or Excel file
  • Filtering options: Search by name, email or phone number. The "Channel" option filters the delivery list by SMS or email.
  • Delivery summary: Review delivery stats

Delivery Statistics Categories

Your delivery statistics are divided into the following categories: 

  • Sent: Messages that were sent
  • Delivered: Messages delivered successfully
  • Viewed: Who saw the message
  • Clicked: Who clicked the call-to-action button
  • Engaged: Who engaged with your site
  • Bounced: Messages that failed to be delivered
  • Spam: Messages that were marked as spam

List of recipients: Recipients of a campaign or announcement. Hovering over the stats icon displays a "Tooltip" showing when the client viewed the message, clicked a button, etc...
