Managing Client Consent

To check if a client has given their consent:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. Click on the relevant client.
  4. Under "Contact Information", click Show More.

To obtain client consent:

  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Client & Contact Info.
  4. Under "Client & Contact Fields", click Add Client Field.
  5. Under "Field Type", select Opt-in for Campaigns.
  6. On the Field name line, enter what you want clients to see on online intake forms.
  7. Check "Send campaigns only to opted-in clients".

FAQ

Why are my campaigns blocked or showing a high bounce rate?

A bounced message means your email or SMS couldn’t be delivered, usually because of a wrong number, email address, or blocked settings. The platform allows a bounce rate of up to 3%. If you hit this limit three times, you’ll no longer be able to send promotional messages.
