Mobile app upgrades: new features to get you going 

We've upgraded vCita's mobile app to enable you a faster and smoother experience to run your business while on-the-go. Check out this video to discover new mobile features:

• Easy login with one time code  

When logging in from your mobile, you can now choose whether to login with your username and password, or get a one-time login code sent directly to your mobile. You can also choose to log in with your Google or Facebook account.

• Quick actions directly from each conversation 

From now on the “Quick Actions” button is also available in the composer line of each conversation in your inbox. You can now instantly send your clients a link to pay online, invite them to book an appointment, generate an invoice and complete any business action directly from the conversation screen.

• Quick client note

Just ended a meeting or a call with a client? Upgrade your client’s card with important personal information or notes you must keep in mind during your following sessions. Discover the "Client notes" button on your mobile dashboard (available only from mobile app only).

New integration with Square - world's most popular payment solution

• Get paid with Square

From now on you can choose Square as a payment processor for your client transactions. Set Square as your default online payment gateway to easily charge clients directly from your vCita account. Connect with Square from your payment setting page (we recommend completing this process from a desktop):

• Sync Records

Sync your Square transactions and client data so all records will be available in your vCita account. Once you’ve enabled the sync, any payment collected via Square’s hardware or app will immediately appear in vCita.

Campaigns' tracking improvements to step up your marketing

We’ve improved our campaigns’ notifications and metrics indicators. You can now track your delivery history, spam and bounce rate more efficiently as well as taking any necessary follow-up actions.
